ku901's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Entertainment should never become a burden — ku901 is always here to help you set limits, take breaks, and make informed decisions.
Gaming Is for Fun, Not Stress
At ku901, we believe that online betting and casino gaming is only enjoyable when done entirely of your own free will and with full awareness. Before accessing our platform, every user should know — playing here is entertainment, not investment. There is no guarantee of winning, and placing more bets to recover lost money is never a solution.
Responsible gaming means being aware of your own limits and sticking to them. ku901 provides a set of simple tools and guidelines to help users stay in control. From deposit limits to full self-exclusion — everything is in your hands.
At ku901, we make sure that using our platform is always a positive experience. On this page you will find out how to set limits, identify problematic behaviour, and seek support when needed.
Stay In Control
Deposit Limits
Set a limit on how much you deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, ku901 automatically blocks any deposit beyond that amount. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one is subject to a set waiting period.
Time-Out Break
Need a short break? The time-out feature lets you temporarily close your account for anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks. During this period, logging in or placing bets will not be possible. Once the break ends, your account is automatically reactivated.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, activate long-term self-exclusion. This step applies for a minimum of 6 months and cannot be reversed before the set period ends. Contact the support team to activate it.
Session Time Limit
Set a time limit for how long you play in each session. When the set time is up, ku901 sends you a reminder. Playing for long stretches without a break can cause mental fatigue — take regular breaks.
Activity History
You can view your betting history, deposit and withdrawal records, and session durations at any time. Review your account activity regularly — it is a simple way to stay informed.
24/7 Support Team
Our support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day for any responsible gaming questions. Reach us via live chat or email at [email protected] in both Bengali and English.
How to Recognise Problematic Behaviour
Gaming addiction usually develops gradually. If any of the following signs appear in you or someone you know, it may indicate problematic behaviour.
- Repeatedly placing larger bets to try to recover lost money.
- Constantly thinking about gaming and being unable to focus on other activities.
- Hiding gaming habits from family or friends.
- Neglecting daily responsibilities, studies, or work because of gaming.
- Repeatedly returning to gaming despite trying to stop.
- Feeling restless or irritable when unable to game.
- Spending money on gaming despite having financial difficulties.
Ask Yourself a Few Questions
If two or more of these questions can be answered with "yes", it may be worth talking to someone or taking a break for a while.
Have you ever spent more time or money on gaming than you planned?
Has gaming caused tension in your relationships with family or friends?
After losing, do you try to "just play a little more" to make up for the loss?
Is gaming affecting your sleep, eating, or daily routine?
Have you ever placed a bet with borrowed money or funds set aside for emergencies?
21+ Age Requirement
ku901 is for players aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at the time of account creation, and additional identity verification may be required in suspicious cases.
If you have children or teenagers in your household, use password protection on your device and do not hand over your device to others while logged in. Preventing minors from accessing online gaming platforms is a parent's responsibility.
How to Set Limits
Set a Budget
Decide in advance the maximum amount you can spend on entertainment each month. The minimum deposit at ku901 is just ৳100, so starting with a small amount is the sensible approach. Never go beyond your monthly budget.
Set a Deposit Limit
Go to account settings and set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, ku901 will automatically decline any deposit above that amount. This is the most effective way to protect yourself from overspending.
Take Regular Breaks
Avoid playing for long stretches without a break. Take at least 10–15 minutes off every hour. Use the time-out feature to pause your account for a set period — this helps maintain your mental well-being.
Keep Winning Expectations Realistic
Gaming is entirely chance-based. Instead of chasing big wins, enjoy the small moments of fun. Decide in advance on an amount at which you will stop playing if you win, and stick to that decision.
Seek Help When Needed
Gaming addiction is a recognised mental health condition. There is nothing to be ashamed of. Talk to a family member or someone you trust, and if needed, seek help from a mental health professional. ku901's support team can also point you in the right direction.
